Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Cairo – Giza Pyramids & Egyptian Museum
Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, our representative from Best Egypt Tours will greet you and transfer you in comfort to your hotel. Your first day will begin with a visit to the Egyptian Museum, home to over 250,000 ancient artefacts, including the priceless treasures of Tutankhamun. After exploring the museum, head to the Giza Plateau to witness the awe-inspiring Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos, followed by a visit to the Sphinx, the legendary lion with the face of King Chephren.
Optional: Enjoy the evening Sound & Light Show at the Pyramids.
Overnight in Cairo
Day 2: Cairo to Aswan – Nile Cruise Begins
After breakfast, transfer to Cairo’s domestic airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, visit the iconic High Dam, an engineering marvel, and explore the Philae Temple dedicated to the goddess Isis. Your Nile Cruise begins this evening.

Day 3: Nile Cruise – Kom Ombo & Edfu
Today, sail towards Kom Ombo. In the afternoon, visit the temple shared by the gods Sobek and Haroeris, before continuing your journey to Edfu. Enjoy dinner and a disco party on board.

Day 4: Nile Cruise – Luxor & Karnak Temples
After breakfast, visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu, followed by a cruise through the lock. Arrive in Luxor, where you can take an optional guided tour of the East Bank, including the magnificent Karnak Temple, dedicated to the god Amon, and the Luxor Temple, built by Pharaoh Amenhotep III and completed by Ramses II. Explore the grand Obelisk of Ramses II located in front of the temple’s first pylon.

Day 5: Luxor – Valley of the Kings & Departure to Cairo
Enjoy breakfast on board, then disembark the cruise. Optional: Experience a hot air balloon ride over the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Queens for an unforgettable view of Luxor. Visit the West Bank to explore the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. Afterward, transfer to the airport for your flight back to Cairo.

Day 6: Departure from Cairo
After breakfast, our representative will assist you with your transfer to Cairo International Airport for your departure, ensuring a smooth end to your unforgettable Egyptian adventure.
