Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Cairo
Welcome to Cairo! Upon arrival at Cairo Airport, a Best Egypt Tours representative will greet you and provide a private transfer to your hotel. Relax and settle in for the night.

Day 2: Giza Pyramids & Egyptian Museum
After breakfast, begin your adventure with a visit to the iconic Giza Pyramids—Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus—and the Great Sphinx. Explore the Valley Temple, where ancient mummification rituals took place, and capture memorable photos at these world-renowned sites. Later, visit the Egyptian Museum, home to over 250,000 artefacts, including the treasures of King Tutankhamun. (Optional: Evening Sound & Light Show at the Pyramids).

Day 3: Cairo to Aswan – Nile Cruise Begins
Enjoy breakfast, then transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, visit the High Dam and the stunning Philae Temple dedicated to the goddess Isis. Transfer to your Nile Cruise and begin your journey along the majestic Nile River.

Day 4: Kom Ombo & Edfu
Sail to Kom Ombo and visit the unique temple shared by the gods Sobek and Haroeris. Continue to Edfu and explore the well-preserved Temple of Horus. Enjoy dinner and entertainment on board.

Day 5: Edfu to Luxor
Sail towards Luxor, passing through the Esna Lock. Relax on the cruise and take in the serene views.

Day 6: Luxor – West Bank & Return to Cairo
After breakfast, disembark to explore Luxor’s West Bank. Visit the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. (Optional: Hot Air Balloon Ride over Luxor’s landmarks). Transfer to Luxor Airport for your flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.

Day 7: Full-Day Alexandria Tour
Travel to Alexandria in an air-conditioned vehicle. Discover the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, Qaitbay Citadel (built on the site of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria), and the royal gardens of King Farouk. Visit the Abbo Elabbas Mosque and St. Mark’s Church, the oldest in Africa. Enjoy a scenic drive along the Corniche and see the Stanley Bridge. After an enriching day, return to Cairo.

Day 8: Cairo Free Day or Optional Excursion
After breakfast, transfer back to Cairo. Enjoy a free day to explore the city at your leisure, or take an optional tour to Saqqara to see the Step Pyramid of King Djoser, Memphis (Egypt’s first capital), and the Red and Bent Pyramids in Dahshur.

Day 9: Departure
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before being transferred to Cairo Airport for your final departure. Our team will assist you with all departure formalities.
